Infrastructure as a Service based on IBM PowerVM servers
A subscription includes private network connectivity to Google Cloud using subscriber defined IP address space that is integrated into the VPC networks of the subscriber’s selected Google Cloud project. Power virtual machine IP addresses are internal IPs within the subscriber’s Google Cloud project. Subscribers can use a command line tool or a web console to create and manage virtual machines (Power LPARs) in their cloud instance. Subscribers can use cloud ready images provided by Converge, or they can bring existing images from on-premises.
IBM Power for Google Cloud supports AIX, Linux on Power, and IBM i operating systems based on the subscription plan. When selecting a subscription, ensure the selected plan includes an operating system licensing model for the operating system you will run. Operating system support is included when operating system licensing is included.
More details on the subscription process can be found at the "Learn more" link below.
